Feeling guilty about Xmas

I'm feeling really guilty about Xmas this year we usually go all out and the kids get whatever they have asked for but this year we just can't afford it they have a bike each and then 4 other presents each but I can't help feeling guilty that they will think they haven't got much compared to there friends please tell me I'm not the only one xx

Dont feel guilty at all, i've been feeling pretty much the same tbh but im over it now lol. Im sure your kids will be happy with what they've got, i know mine will despite not having a mountain of presents to open and if your kids are anything like mine they end up not playing with half of the stuff they get anyway.x

I have been feeling so guilty to, we decided we were having a small Christmas this year, the boys have a few things each and I keep thinking should I get more, but when I think about it they are going to love what they have, besides the point when they have loads I don't think they fully appreciate it. Don't feel bad Hun, you are not alone x x

I feel guilty this year too, with OH getting made redundant this year and in and out of work we just cant afford to go mad with presents, but they have what they asked for but its not that much really........whats more important is the day, playing games, nice food and family dont feel guilty they will love everything they get x

thanks ladies im glad im not the only one i just dont want them to be dissapointed but they will have presents from family aswell so they should still have quite a bit just not as much as they would usually have xxxxx
