I am nearly 32 weeks and still experiencing frequent nausea and the occassional vomit. Sometimes the only thing that settles my stomach is something a little greasy like hot chips. Just feeling guilty as I have completley gone off red meat, salads etc, my diet was better before pregnancy. I worry about the nutrition for baby and myself, my weight gain has only been 6 kg (12 pounds) so far but also worried my new found addiction to fast food might not be so easy to drop after baby is born. Anyway I am hoping i can get back to normal soon with my diet. Sometimes its hard aswell because the cravings just take over. Anyone else having trouble with keeping a good diet?
