Feeling hopeful but concerned

We found out we were pregnant Oct 30 this year. I went in to the dr that week. According to my cycle I should've been about 6 weeks. But the sac was too small for that age. Needless to say I've been going back every week since. Last week they found the yolk. My numbers went from 7100 to 24,000. This week they saw what they believe to be bleeding in the sac. No fetal pole was ever found. I'm having no cramping or bleeding at all. Then my numbers came back at 23,400. So they dropped....is there still a chance this could be a viable pregnancy? I've been praying that God shows the dr's a miracle! This will be our second child. I'm having all the same normal pregnancy symptoms.
