DD is 20 weeks old and I've started feeling low, and I think it's getting worse. I'm not happy, I'm lonely but don't want to see anyone. I don't want to do anything or go anywhere, I am hardly even doing housework. I feel numb and a bit dulled. And to top it all off I am super anxious over the most crazy of stuff. I'm not sleeping properly either and I'm so so tired in the day.

Just wanted to rant. I'm feeling shit.

Have u spoken to oh? Has it been going on long? Hope u get better soon hun or it may be worth a trip to the doc xx

I agree, speak to your other half, or show him this thread you have written if you find it hard to talk about. I really think you should speak to someone as it could be PND xxxx

I think it could be time u have a chat to someone about how u are feeling. Its easy to forget about ourselves when we have little ones to look after.

Soeey I dont have a solution but I didnt want to read and run

Hugs!

I just commented on another similar post. You sound exactly like me. My son is now 14 months though. I had to go back to work when my son was 6 months because I couldn't cope at home. I was so sad and overwhelmed but I didn't want to make the effort to get out and socialise either. I felt empty and numb and angry at my oh because he got to go to work. I really struggled.

I recently went and started seeing a psychologist who says I have PND and severe anxiety. She isn't wrong about the anxiety! I feel sick and stressed and anxious almost always. Work is the only thing that keeps me sane.

I just wanted to let you know you aren't alone and maybe you should go see your doctor. It's kind of good as well to know there are other people out there like me and I'm not all alone. Nobody talks about it though so its so easy to feel like you're the only one.:hugs:
