Anyone else getting this? I'm not uncomfortable or anything, I'm just agitated and can't seem to settle at night. If I take a nap in the day it's not a problem, but at night I toss and turn for ages before I manage to nodd off

I can nod off fine but I wake up during the night, last night was the worst night ever I was awake for about four hours before nodding back off, it's terrible. Have you tried avoiding caffeine before bed? X

same here except I am usually uncomfortable. I regularly lay on my right side so last couple of weeks I've tried to lie on my left and it is so uncomfortable. Doesn't help that lo hugs my right side! ( my babies have done this, they just love my right side lol) I can get to sleep after a while but I wake frequently and toss and turn. Last dh said I was moaning in my sleep while I tossed!! So uncomfortable already! But sleeping on the couch is so easy!!

Me too. :( On Saturday, I had a total of maybe 3 hours of sleep at most. I can fall asleep just fine in my toddler's bed when I put him down at night, then I wake up around midnight, have something to eat, and then I'm up until at least 3:30am before I have any chance of falling asleep.

Oh and I'm not exactly uncomfortable, although the right side of my head is feeling agitated from laying on that side so often. I try to lay on my right, and acid reflux isn't letting me. Plus my heart beats too fast on that side to fall asleep.
