feeling so unwell :-(

I'm 34 weeks and suddenly feeling awful. Don't know if I over did it today but I feel sick, got tummy ache like upset tum but its not. Plus going hot and cold and no energy. I hope I'm feeling better by tomorrow as I have a 2 1/2 year old and my husband works away. Feeling very sorry for myself
