I have these pains all the time, especially when the baby moves loads, feels like he is grinding his head in my groin!

My Mum had this with me and was told that she was in very slow labour. It went on for 2 weeks before she went on to full blown labour x x x

Really settled my nerves

Sounds like round ligament pain although if your baby is head down it could be that they are putting pressure on your nerves.
