Felt baby around 12/13 weeks but nothing since UPDATE still nothing and now fallen!

Oh no! Id call anyway and tell her you've had s tumble down the stairs and that you can't check for movement because you haven't felt any yet and see what she has to say.
Its good that you have a doppler though so you can check her hb. X

Thanks ladies. I rang and was told to come by if I had any pains or bleeding. I did say I had listened in on bubs on doppler for a good 10 min with nice strong heartbeat and she reassured me. I've been listening daily since and yep nice strong heartbeat. It's just the lack of movement that is so annoying. Wanted to cherish every moment in this pregnancy as its my last baby and feel like I am losing out lol x

I didn't feel regular movement until 20/21 weeks I wouldn't worry too much!
