So this is my first month taking Femara. I already ovulate on my own, and it is typically on days 16-18. I was given Femara to up my chances of more than one egg releasing so I would have a higher likelihood of pregnancy. I took 5mg days 2-6 at the same time every morning. I have done some reading in which most people on Femara ovulate earlier than normal, or within 6-8 days of finishing their last pill. I am on day 9 right now after my last pill and still no positive OPK.

Also, I haven't been temping regularly for the past few months but I still check it periodically before a positive OPK and after to ensure there was a thermal shift. This month my temps have been constantly at my post-o temps since my period begun until now. I am not pregnant as I have taken many tests and had a blood test as well.

Anyone with experience able to give any insight? I am going insane over here and worried Femara messed up my body's rhythm.

My temps have been very high this cycle, like my normal post o level. I am really worried ff won't detect my shift.

I did get a positive opk on cd 16 (last Sat) had a dip yesterday and was back into the typical range it has been this cycle.

Last cycle I o'd on cd 22 but it was pretty easy to my shift as my pre-o temps were lower and post o were considerably higher. I don't typically o on my own so I don't have a normal o time so I cannot help there. Hopefully it will help you o soon and you will see a good shift. I have heard higher bbt are good for ttc.

FE doesnt make multiple eggs pop out. A trigger shot would release all the mature eggs.
