** Femara & Metformin** TTC

Does anyone have any success stories with Femara, I am currently on Metformin and have a doc appointment soon. Just wanted some feedback if anyone has ever taken it. I have a 6 yr old little man, who was concieved just on metformin, i have tried that again just doesnt seem to work alone. I have also tried clomid with Metformin and no success. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know the process of Femara and how it compares to other fertility drugs.
