has anyone had experience or heard anything about fennel tea helping with milk supply? ive also heard that it soothes teething babies when mothers drink the tea. any thoughts?

Yes I've heard it's meant to boost your supply. I took it for a while when Poppy was feeding loads - can't honestly say if I noticed a difference and it seemed to make her have runny poos...could have been coincidence though!

Weve got some fennel tea bags and Harry hates the taste of them it makes me cringe and i cant even bring myself to drink it the smell is bad enough, it smells like liquorice!!
Ive not heard about it boosting supply but it is meant to be very soothing and calming for babies x

I heard this too.

I think it worked for me, but I was trying so many other things at around that time it could have been any one of them i suppose. I love the taste, aniseedy liquoricey yummy yum yum.
