Has anyone used and bought this? I need to buy some online but not sure where to get it as dont want to get something dodgy from some far off land! Also how much do I need to take to increase milk and do I need to take it all the time? It is safe too isnt it??!

I got mine from holland and barratt. You should be able to take it for a few days, and then stop. I think I took 6 a day. It tasted disgusting, and you won't smell too nice either

I have half a bottle left, and have just stopped bf, I am happy to send you it f you want it (or anyone else reading this) as I would just be chucking it out. It may not be what you need tho, just a thought!

Did you find it more effective than fenugreek? I've never heard of that but would be interested to try it.

Do you have any vitamin shoppes? Also your local pharmacy might be able to order some in if they don't have it, instead of having to do it online. I don't know a site to get it from sorry. But I have taken it a few times while nursing Hayden, it helped me tons. I took 2-3 at a time and 2-3 times a day and within 24 hrs my supply was boosted back up and much better.
