I go back to work in 11 weeks and figured I need to get a good freezer supply of milk...just praying I can get him to take a bottle!

Where can I buy it?
Has anyone got any further info?
Any side effects?

You can get it from Holland & Barrett. I didn't notice any side effects other than it felt like I was engorged but that went after 2 days once my supply had increased.

I found it really good - it does make your milk smell like maple syrup though, lol! I didn't notice any side effects other than that

As said Holland&Barrett sell them. Kellymom have info on it. As for side effects it made me STINK! I mean everything, my hair skin, wee, breath and I really didn't like the smell. Oats are very good for a little boost so get some porridge down you

I'm not sure where in the UK but here in Wyoming some of our grocery stores carry it. gnc has it also . I take about 15 pills if it a day. it kinda makes your sweat smell like pancakes lol and I burp that flavor a lot too.

I didn't notice an increase in supply when taking it - though maybe I didn't take enough for long enough. The pills are enormous and tasted awful and I'd burp up that flavor for hours afterwards. I just couldn't stand taking it. Sorry being a downer.

I never noticed a change in supply last time around, so I took it for about 4 days then stopped. The only side effects were was being smelly, the smell of fenugreek was on my skin.

Just in case I ever need it does anyone know of a fenugreek supplement that doesn't cost a fortune and has vegetarian capsules? The H&B one is gelatine....
