Fertility Friend chart

Dunno if anyone can help me, iv started a new chart, and i was wondering how u can put ur on a period on the chart, the only thing i can see is spotting, is that the period thing,or do i jus not need to add it.??

hello,

not sure if you had managed to solve this so thought I would answer the drop down menu next to 'menses/spotting' is where you enter how heavy your period is (menses is menstruation)
