Fetal heartbeat skipping?

My little ones heart did the same they said its common and its a skip but not missed beat so its nothing to worry about...he is now 2

They td me the same and my son passed from it. You need to have a good dr if anyone ever has this diagnosis as children do pass from it...just bc it is common does not mean due diligence should not occur! I'm passionate after the lost of my son and the laziness on the dr part who says this!

Hi! Sorry to ask but what did they to you?

I'm not sure of your question...you mean how did my son pass? If so they told me my son's had a heart murmur where his heart skipped a beat, they said it is from the electrical system needing time to catch up to other growth. They down played it and didn't follow through with monitoring saying, "Its not something to be concerned about, its normal just not the usual..." My son passed inside me from them not monitoring it. Basically the baby can go into, simple terms, a heart attack. They need to monitor the mother for that, especially in the late third trimester. That is when my son passed from it. My doctor now, even though my child thus far has not shown any heart murmur, will be doing NST tests every other day at the end of third tri. The first part of the third tri it will be once a week or so. Just in case as I have the history now. He says he would have never, ever taken chances like that. Being a first time mother I didn't know any better, now I do, I just wish I had known then.
