Fever and implantation

Does anyone know if having a fever affects implantation? I have a cold/flu bug and my temp was up at 38.5*c/101*F for a couple of days, it has come down now but worrying that we're now out.

fifi I answered you in the charting thread, but I looked at your temps and they are not to different from the high temps on last months chart, so I wouldnt worry.
