It can't be worse than the books I quite like the guy who plays Mr Grey though so I was a little disappointed they cast him, as well as intrigued at how it'd all play out in the film itself.

i have just watched the trailer, i said id never watch the film, i really loved the books. But after watching the trailer i so have to see it. I personally dont like the guy who plays Grey, i dont think he fits it but we will see

We were discussing this at work.. someone said Ian Somerhalder who I do love and think he'd be better than the guy they've chosen, but again, not how I imagined him!

I just saw the trailer yest....he is def not what i pictured! I agree about alexander skarsgard! He shouldnt been grey!

I don't really like the cast who they chose for this movie, when I was reading the books all I could picture was Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart because the mannerisms and descriptions were far too much like that of Edward and Bella (I later found out that it was initially written as Twilight thing). Anyways for that reason i'm not too keen on the main characters, we will see how it pans out.

I'm intrigued as to how they plan on doing it, I figure it'll be more about romance than BDSM, I can't see how they're going to film it otherwise.

I'm another who thinks the books were written appallingly so hoping for better in the movie

I read about half of the first and it was just so so bad but I also imagined Edward/Bella rather than just some random person.

I'd like to see this though, dunno why. I hope they have an English screening of it.

The actor playing Christian Grey - ugh, horrible choice! Like others have said, not what I pictured when reading the book. This is who I imagined playing Christian Grey, but I have NO idea who this is... I think he's a soccer player.

Also, my friend said that they will be making 2 'Fifty Shades of Grey'; one for theatrical and the other with the hardcore porn and such. If it's true, I have no idea

I'm not impressed with who they cast for Christian. Just not who I imagined. I do think Ian Somerhalder would have been a better Mr Grey.

Not that impressed with Ana either. I want it to be me!

I'm another one who thought the books were badly written. I read them for laugh but there is much better smut out there.
