Finally 5x BFP

Finally after a year of trying I have finally got a positive result.

I have one girl aged 5 and she is called Isabella.

I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant and my uterus feels like it's stretching like mad. Is this normal?

I can't remember how I should feel ie my body changes?
