finally, a positive OPK!

hello ladies!
this is my first real month of TTC. i finally got a positive OPK and i didn't think i'd be this excited. haha. just wanted to share the good news!
also, i have had some brown spotting and i'm 18 days past my period. has this happened to anyone else? i thought it was weird that i'm ovulating and spotting at the same time.

Sblzmd - I'm experiencing the exact thing. I had brown sticky spotting and I have only just ovulated. I have heard that it's when the egg bursts out of the ovary to quickly and it causes alittle bit of blood. It's brown because it's old!! Hope this helps!!! When are you testing???

Congrats on ov day ladies!! I've never noticed bleeding around ov day but have seen a few people reference it.

i read this and it made me hopeful! brown spotting around ovulation time is a sign of "great fertility." this just might be the month.

Thanks I'm just real confused because I have spotting after ovulation!! I think I'm 3dpo now.. Hmmm
