YaY!!! So my hubby has not been wanting to even look at baby stuff until we find out the sex. We did buy a crib & mattress a while ago but since then if I had even brought up baby things he would freeze up. It was really getting me down for a bit but he has been better about it as the pregnancy seems more real to him now as my belly is getting big and I feel baby kick regularly.
I finally got him to seriously look at baby gear with me today For some reason we both think this baby will be a girl so we looked at quite a bit more girl things. I'm in love with the fisher price starlight papasan cradle swing (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Fisher-Price-Starlight-Papasan-Periwinkle/5430278) for either a boy or girl and he agreed we could get it!!! I think it's so beautiful, plays a light show for babies at night and plugs into the wall so no batteries Plus I did show him a few strollers for baby girls and we did decide on one that we want for sure if it's a girl so I'm totally thrilled, it's the Safety 1st AeroLite Sport Travel System - Eiffel Rose. We tried to look at boy ones too but just really couldn't find one that we liked. Anyways this is a pointless thread but I'm just so excited that his mental block about all things baby is disintegrating We had fun looking together and teasing each other, when I showed him a stroller he did like his response was 'I could rock that' LoL, men!!!
