financial situation & children

does your financial situation influence your descision to have/not to have children?

we do not need to safe massively, but also do not have much money left over for e.g. holidays...
so we are fine, but it could be a little bit more, if ykwim...

and I just said to OH, why can't we have more money, I would love to have 5 children!!!

I mean more rooms in the house, possibly an au-pair and not the huzzle to have to think about how we should be able to afford childcare!!!

surely other people have more children with less money, and they manage, but I wish to be able to provide a comfy life for my children!!!

I feel like im in a good situation at the moment, I have plenty of disposible income i mean by the so have lots of luxuries BUT I am in a bad situation in my home, We only have 2 bedrooms in our home, and we have a negative equity situation which means were not in the position to upgrade to 3 bedrooms. I would LOVE to have another baby now, but I dont want to have us all crowded into 2 rooms Im counting on a lottery win to buy a mansion and have 20 babies really hehe x
