Hi ladies

We have been trying to conceive 18 months and will be going for ICSI in July. (no funding in our postcode so funding ourselves!! ouch!) We have chosen to wait for 3-6 months to do all the 'right things' but i just want to make sure i've not missed anything but find so much jargon on these forums that i feel lost!
help ?
I am not drinking alcohol (hard for me i am partial to big glass of vino)
I am eating nuts, all correct foods and drinking water
We are taking pre-conception vitamins.
My better half has given up smoking and kerbed the drinking

The thing i am finding the most difficult to control is stress cos work cannot find out so lying about appointments etc is hard.
Can anyone give me advice and tell me pre-implantation and post implantation - how much time would you recommend off work? this is stressing meout so much,.

Just want to give us the best chances of it working.

I wanted to wish you good luck. ICSI is the next step for us too. You might find more help in the assisted conception thread, as they will be going through this already. They may have more advice.

Best wishes x
