First Cycle After Birth Control

Uuugh. CD 31 and BFN and still no AF. Hoping AF shows up soon.

so how long are you going to wait? Maybe you are pregnant!

I stopped cerazette 5 weeks ago. A few days later I had a period like bleed for 4 days followed by a migraine (something I used to get every month but stopped getting on the BC). Then 2 weeks later I saw some spotting and 2 weeks after that I have all the symptoms of pms and then some (including nausea and cravings for beef steak..which is not something I have had since I was pregnant with my son 14 years ago) but no aunt flo yet! If I have returned to my pre bc cycle I should have been due 2 days ago now.

I did do a test about a week ago out of curiosity (and partly because, 14 years ago, from the moment of conception I could sense that I was pregnant with my son and I had a strange feeling again) but it was negative so obviously the cerazette is still jerking me around and my intuition was off this time lol.

Ta cerazette lol. BC does like to confuse you and I have read accounts of women getting such symptoms when coming off it.

Sorry I didn't update. AF came on CD 33 (so CD 1 of the next cycle). I'm now on CD4 and have started BBT temping and ordered some OPKs.

I had totally crazy symptoms the first month off my bcp, I honestly thought I was pregnant! I was of course late for my period. I finally got it on day 41! Now into our second month of ttc and I'm in the 2ww. It's killing me! Very few people know we are ttc, but I don't want to talk to any of them about it really because I feel I might jinx it.
