First cycle of Clomid - pains etc

I took my first cycle of Clomid this month on CD2 - CD6.

I am now on CD19 and for the past couple of days have been experiencing starp stabbing pains low down. I have been using ovulation predictor tests every day but only got faint lines and never anything as dark as the test line.

Anyone else experienced something similar?

its normal to have sharp pains on clomid,i especially got the sharpest pain on my first cycle of clomd,but then with he rest the pain got better altho it did not go away,the pain lets you know that the pills are doing its job of stimulating yur ovaries to ovulate

I don't know anything about clomid but i do know that some OPKs do that whole darken up to surge and fade out thing. So if you noticed it was getting darker but then the next time you tested it was lighter you might of just missed you peak LH surge. Also, make sure you're testing between the recommended times. I think most of them say 12pm-6pm...Something like that.

my sharp pains started on CD 11 and got worse until I got my +opk yesterday on CD 15, so i guess i'm ovulating on CD 16, 1 day earlier than normal. My pains where very painful on the day I got my +, so bad that it made me catch my breath several times and I was afraid to move! today its just a fullness/slight pain low around the uterus. So you should probably be ovulating soon. Make sure you are using opk's! I used the clearblue digital with the smiley so i know for sure. Good luck to you!
