First cycle using OPK's...ACK!!!

I can't get the hang of these things. Everything I read says something different. Do you use FMU or later in the day? Is the day it's the darkest the best day to get to BD? How long does it stay that dark for?

Can someone give me a crash course on these silly tinkle sticks???

It's the 12-36 hours after you get your line that is equal to or darker than control line that you will ovulate, at least that's what it says on my instructions leaflet with mine xx

I don't think it matters, as some women test twice a day, just need to hold it for a little while x

Twice a day sounds expensive!

I have been using FMU for mine, but I read today on some website that you shouldn't do that.

Second month of temping for me, but first month of OPK. Figured I would up my chances maybe if I can track it better!
