First fertility/Gynae appt (Oxford) next week- what do I expect/ask?

Hi I'd love to hear from people in a similar situation?

I'm kinda looking forward to my first Consultant appt next week, OH (10yrs together) is coming along and he did his test today so results from that will be in by then. I want to find out what is wrong with me

Just wondering if there are treatments/investigations I should be asking for/about? I've done my 3 blood tests with my own doctors so those results will be available too.

I do have stage 4 endometriosis (diagnosed 3 yrs ago with a lap and MRI scan) but at the time didn't have a big enough place to live for children. I was told to come back within 6mths of ttc though and it's been 10mths witch: arrived today )

I don't have a clue what to expect and what I'm entitled to in this area. For example I've had conflicting info - My doctor said to us that no IVF till I'm 33yrs old but since read NICE guidelines aren't that strict.

Sorry to waffle, I don't know what to expect so if anyone can tell me what they've been through I'd really appreciate it
