First midwife app...what to expect ???

Hi there,

So i got my BFP 2 weeks ago and tommorrow I will be 6 weeks ! Im so excited ! Just wondered what I can expect .............I know the first midwife App is usually at around 8 weeks. I had a m/c before would that be the reason that I am having the appointment earlier ??

Its all changed from when I had my daughter... (5 years ago).. I got seen straight away at 4/5 weeks...

Sorry for your loss this could be the reason of the early appointment...
If I remember rightly they took family history did your notes, your EDD.. And took bloods.. Explain when and what will happen at your following appointments... And obviously answer any questions xx

its fine, when i had my m/c i was 8 or 9 weeks and didnt even know so thats why i have never been to any App before ! thanks for replying ! lets see what happens ! xxx
