First Midwife Appointment & First Scan

I have my first midwife appointment this Sat. Does anyone know if I have to do a urine sample to give them at the appointment. Everything seems to have changed since I had my other 3 children (youngest is 4yrs next tuesday).

I am also going to ask on sat if I can have an early scan as I am worrying myself sick that I am going to have another missed miscarriage and can't seem to relax. I just wish the actual sickness would kick in although I feel nausea and my nipples are very tender at times also keep having dizzy spells. Whats the earliest I could have a scan.
