First + OPK after CP, conflicted...

My dr. said I can start TTC again right away due to the fact that all of my hormone levels are good. My coworker gave me a huge TTC kit as a "sorry for your loss gift" and I started using the OPK's at CD 7 because I was bored. well it is CD 11 and I got a major + opk after yesterday's was almost not there.

So now what? Do we BD for the next few days like rabbits or wait it out?

I'm really wanting to try again but I'm fearful that this will end up another loss or just another cycle wasted. But last night I felt really good about this cycle for some reason...

I know the feeling! I had a mc at 5wks4days and just got my + opk and CD 14. I'm not quite sure if I'm emotionally ready to try again. But at the same time I want to have a baby. Your not alone. Follow your gut and you will know if your ready!

Well I took my PM opk and the Test line is sucking up the ink form the Control line so I I think I will try again this cycle. it is giving me some hope to get such a strong + so early after a CP. I'm not religious but i think some one is trying to tell me something.

furry-are you Oing on time or was it early or late? (if you don't mind me asking) I just had a cp on the 22nd and this is our first cycle and I don't know to expect to O early or late or on time. I normally O on or around cd 16 and right now I am on cd 8. I do use OPK's but don't want to use them too early and waste them, ya know! I believe I might ether be o'ing early or right on time... I'm not able to do temping due to being up and down all night for my job. (I work at and live at 24 hour a motel/ RV park)

And I have been reading that o pain can mean I'm o'ing right now or that i will o in the next 12, 24, or 48 hours... My Am opk from this morning is a huge + and has made the control line look very dull. I'm on CD 12 today and my o pain has almost stopped from where it was when I woke up this morning.

I don't know about my other past CP's and my MMC... I waited a few cycles to start again. I would start Temping right away if I were you... so maybe you can see i you get the dip and rise. DH is buying me some sort BBT but I doubt I can get any good reading with being woken up all the time to check people in. Good luck to you. and I hope your cycle stays normal.

furry-I would start bding and I hope you get a sticky bean this time! Thanks I don't temp because I don't sleep well and I am pretty reg since my surgery! I might temp though just so I can verify that I did O! Good luck and fx for you!

ok so I'm not the only one who won't temp due to sleeping habits or lack there of LOL.

I actually had one gal on another group tell me that was no excuse and I should temp any way, and should have been if I was really TTC, but the fact that I didn't temp meant I wasn't really trying. She blamed me for the fact that I haven't had a LO yet in the 3+years we have been trying. Some people... sheesh

Oh wow! I am actually on a thread in the tww and hardly any of us gals temp. We were at first then we realized that we were obsessing too much over our stupid temp and we quit so we could relax more!! I think to each their own and if you wanna temp then have at it! Whatever floats your boat as long as it doesn't sink mine!! Sorry you were made to feel like you weren't really trying, that is not very nice.

ehhhh I'm good with it... at first it hurt but then it started making me laugh after a while.
I hate temping. due to the fact that when i was my cycles were so all over the place and that time in my life was OMG stressful. (lived with my mother to help her out and she was menopausal, so my cycles tried to sync up with hers and i would have cycles any where from 17 days to 50+ days long... took me 6 cycles to go back to normal )

But I believe that I'm now on the 2 1/2 ww LOL I have - opks and the o pain abruptly stopped at 10 am after 4 hours of hurting so I would have o'ed on CD 12 instead of 14 like I thought i would.
