first Pregnancy :) calculating dates wrong??

this is my first pregnancy and im trying to calculate how far along I may be. I know from my lmp I am 5 weeks 2 days (aug 14lmp) but I tested the day my period was due and it was neg. 4 days later I got a positive. does this mean I may have oed later than thought and may only be like 3 or 4 weeks pregnant? still not to sure how all the dates work. I don't have my apt until oct 24th so still a ways to go. my levels went from 102 to 254 in two days which is good and I go back in on Monday to check them again... Can someone help me with the dates? I know its not gonna be exact but trying to figure it out the best I can thank you everyone

I know the day I conceived because I was temping so ordinarily that should be the most accurate. My Dr didn't care though and wanted to go by lmp dates. This puts me 4 days ahead of where I know I should be, but I don't think it's a big deal. I wouldn't worry too much about it, the edd is just that, an estimate.
