Going nuts here ladies. Briefly: I'm 26, hubby is 30. We didn't try or prevent for four years. I have PCOS and my periods used to be really really irregular. I lost weight, ovulated for the first time in years (most likely) and got pregnant with my daughter now that we're actively trying for number 2, Ifeellike I'm going insane.
NOw that I've kept the weight off and I'm on Metformin, my periods have been coming every 31 days on average. I use the Pink Pad app. It's been very reliable for predicting my period but ovulation, not so much. We don't temp or chart. I go by my body's cues since I get really obvious ovulation symptoms.
With that being said, according to my body, I'm 9DPO today. According to the app, 6DPO. For the past two days, I've been getting really really really faint lines/colored indents on First Signals. I'm trying not to get my hopes up. Today I took a FRER but with mid- afternoon urine. BFN. I then went home, waited four hours and took another First Signal. Stronger super super faint line. So now I'm questioning these tests. Shouldn't the FRER have picked up something, even with short - held urine? I also drank a ton of water so I don't know if that means anything.
Here's the same test, but tweaked slightly.
I'm thinking they're just really bad indents. Opinions?
