This may very well be down to the child's witness statement. The type of car, and the fact the child may have recognised the driver. It could be a number of things. Also the fact he may well be a sex offender. Again, all just speculation at this point though.

Also, speculation that the girl she was playing with was Mark Bridger's daughter so surely if that was the case she would of recognized her own dad. So if that was the case she would of just told an adult who she went with hence they knew who to look for

I thought this too, they did say 'may have been playing with his daughter earlier' so if they were playing out from say 5pm he could have took her home at 6pm/Mum could have etc.

I take that this could mean anything. The fact he recently broke up with his girlfriend (domestics?), being kicked out of his house etc. He may have a record with the police for anything, not necessarily for being a sex offender or paedophile.

Yes I agree. I just saw a status on FB earlier where someone said 'he was known to police so obviously a paedo' so was wondering if that's where the suggestions came from.

No, seems he was living in a camper van or something. Apparently the child(ren) live with the Mother, on the same estate April lives on.

I think up until this point the press have been great during this investigation

Naming a child witness serves no positive purpose whatsoever and is a step too far

Poor April, poor family. No one can understand how it feels not knowing where someone you love is, torturing yourself thinking what is happening to them right now, until you've been in that position. Praying that April's family don't have to feel that way for long and that she's home safe tomorrow.

I thought that too - it may well have been another child that was playing with them earlier in the evening as I'm sure it would be in breach of the law. Who knows.

Have the Police said whether Mark Bridger was found going out/coming back into town? Just keep thinking with all those people out hunting for her yesterday unless he did something terrible very quickly after taking her, it seems unlikely he wouldn't have been seen, land rover spotted etc. Just thinking out loud really. Never been affected by a missing child so much before, cannot imagine the pain now I have children

Not that I have seen, but as he was on foot I guess it would be pretty difficult to tell which way he was going.
