Could the farmhouse thing be a decoy to let them search a specific place at the river?

I very much doubt they would waste valuable time and resources on a decoy

Just to add the farmhouse was searched last night, they have returned with dogs

I was thinking to myself driving to pick Emma up from Pre school....they don't know anything about his ware abouts from 5pm mon to 3.30 Tuesday. Horrid as it is, she could be anywhere

Although watching the coverage now it seems extremely focused on the river. To be fair though I suppose without any leads they have to search it, so

Exactly what I said to my OH, thats a prime place where dogs can't go etc. it's so fast flowing that if he did dump her Monday night ..she could be anywhere!

No the divers cant go in atm, too fast flowing really. Besides they cant just dive the whole of the river, they would need to have reason to believe she was in a particular area.

Bare in mind they are searching other places as well, not just the river, they obviously think she may be elsewhere.

My bother is part of a resue team, and they have been put on stand by to go down there.

Carly's right, the reason they have to focus there immediately is that IF she was put in there, then the longer it isnt searched the greater the chance of never finding her.
