Sorry to mention this again but I'm so upset. Can anyone answer why the police would have said that they have sufficient evidence to charge him with the murder if that isn't the case? Apologies I don't want to give up hope xx

So surely they can't charge him with murder unless as they say, they have sufficient evidence which I'm so sorry again, could only mean........ Can't say it xx

They had to charge him with something otherwise they would have to realese him- which could cause all sorts.
If he hasn't done it then they won;t find any forensic evidence- no forensic evidence, no case in court and he will walk free.
Lets hope they haven't got it wrong this time...otherwise someone will be sitting on a nice fat compensation cheque.

Not necessarily- its up to a judge in court to decide whether or not there is a case and he will be found guilty- they could of found something like something with blood on it, or her DNA in the car or whatever- if a judge thinks its enough to prove he murdered her then he will go down- if not then he will walk free. It isn't ultimately up to the police if someone is "guilty". He will more than likely remain in police custody until a court date is set- I don't think he will be able to get bail. If they had found a body they would say i'm sure.
