I'm looking to get my boy (who will be 2 just after Xmas) some flash cards as a stocking filler.

I really like Orchard Toys and their ones look good but are a bit pricey. Does anyone have any recommendations. I don't kind getting the Orchard Toys ones if they are the best but I'm open to suggestions!

Thanks :)

Ooh.. Yes I was going to suggest the orchard toys ones.. I've never seen any others tbh

Not flash cards but we have this book and it's fantastic. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product...m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=1DVSAHY6FY7V6YJH89PE It works the same way as flashcards and Rory gets less bored with it than with actual cards for some reason.

Thanks guys! That book sounds great....I know I'm going to end up buying the book AND the flash cards! Can't control myself!

ELC have some nice ones, they actually do a whole set for £12 and no doubt there's a discount code floating round somewhere x

We have both and I try and get him to find the word on the flashcard in the book. He doesn't but I think it'll be a good way of doing it when he understands more!

Keep an eye in aldi, we got a set which is flashcards on a ring binder which stands up like a mini flip chart if that makes sense!

They were £3.99 and had a few different ones for numbers / letters etc
