It's not something that the midwifes have mentioned and on notes it says the fluid is a normal amount but went for 4d scan last night and she said that the baby doesn't have a lot of fluid surrounding him. People have been saying that my bump is very 'neat' and I know someone who had a lot of fluid and a huge bump.

Does this mean that baby is being squished up though?

They usually measure fluid in a BPP scan and do so by looking at the pockets around baby. The 3D scan is not a medical one so I would ask in the ultrasound or request a BPP from midwives, if they can do it.

I had a 4d scan last night and they told me i was mostly baby and not much fluid and that they think i won't get to term as i am small anyway and bump is rather small but skin is really stretched and tight already. Don't know whether its a good or bad thing...
Guess i better start packing my bag! hehe xx

If your worried I would ask the midwife for a refferal to check fluid levels x
