Foam Mattress for co-sleeping

I was told that you could get a foam mattress that slips underneath a cotbed and is slightly raised above the edge of the mattress so that your baby doesn't fall out of bed. Does anyone know where I can get one of these from?

Or railings for our bed (kingsize)?
