Im quite glad though, it means if he wants to see the baby it will be in neutral territory. And he cant blame me either as its not my house, so its not my rules

Thing is he wants to be in her life anyway, and come up a few times a year etc.. he doesnt wanna be a stranger. But i dont want him on the birth cert - not straight away anyway because like you said and my mum, we just dont know what hes thinking. he could technically play nice for a year, get on the birth cert and then try and screw me over..... so yeh caution is the word. i dont trust him at the moment.

also on the child support thing, he cant get out of CSA since i'll be claiming as a lone parent.. the jobcentre now get CSA involved.. so they will call me anyways. im gonna tell him that so.. he can either draw up and agreement with me.. by contract, or wait till they contact him because they will.

i havnt decided if ill let him in the hosue or not... maybe just stick to resteraunts etc.

oh good on the csa for that!!! i personally think you are all set and have a good head on your shoulders...ALWAYS prep yourself for the worst he could do so that you are ready for it....guys can be REALLY NASTY at times but i think you'll do well and if he proves himself to be good for years to come and earns your trust then maybe he can have more privileges!
