Folate instead of folic acid

Did you have a question? This information is correct. Folate is very important. Folic acid is not the same thing (in spite of everyone--including most doctors-- using the term interchangeably) and so many people can't make proper use of it in their bodies. Worse still, for certain people, it can actually block the receptors and make it difficult for the real stuff to get through even when they're trying to consume it, which can have an impact on their health and the health of any potential unborn babies. :(
