Foley catheter induction?

I am facing a Foley catheter induction as I am overdue (I am 41 weeks today), I have GD, baby is measuring 9 pounds 14 ounces as of yesterday and I am a VBAC. Any experiences? TIA!

I had one when they induced me at 33 weeks with DS...only part of my induction that "worked". They put it in at night and in the AM I was 3.5cm and they started the pitocin and mag sulfate, got as far as 4.5-5 after that then nothing and a c-section. But the Foley bulb worked great, did exactly what it was supposed to do. I bet at 41 weeks it will go great. My body just wasn't going for it at 33 weeks pumped full of mag sulfate...

Slightly uncomfortable going in but not painful, got AF like cramps at first, then irregular contractions. Not bad at all.
