Folic acid dosage help

Hi girls

I'm soooo confused
I have been taking 400mcg of folic acid and today i went and got some vitamin b complex (b50) and it has 400ug of folic acid in it
Does anyone know how much 400ug is in mcg as i dont want to end up taking too much

I took 800 mcg before getting pregnant because I took preconception tablet and separate folic acid tablet. 800 mcg wouldnt be enough to mask any sort of b vit deficiency which is what too much folic acid might do

I took 1000 mcg before i got pregnant and continued until 4 onths pregnant then reduced to 500 mcg
