Folic Acid/PNV

hey everyone

i have been taking folic acid for a while and now my box is finished, i have prescriptions for two more boxes, but my doc also gave me a prescription for pre natal vitamins. so im a bit confused when i should start the vitamins?

I can only assume as soon as they were prescribed?
Maybe check the amount of folic acid in them - I'd imagine they'd have that in there but dont quote me on that

yeah they do have it in them tiny toes
its got 1 mg of folic acid, when i was taking straight folic it was 5 mg
so i dont know what is better?
eat lots of bananas?
