Folic Acid question

I know this as most probably been asked loads, but i am coming off the pill in 33 days for 3 months before we try to conceive I was wondering when i should start to take folic acid?

I started 6 months ago and we haven't even set a date for starting to ttc.

I've already started taking it, as it doesn't do the body any harm in fact there are many reasons to take it anyway. We're not planning on TTC for about a year and I'm still on the pill.

Definately start taking it asap honey. As has already been said it can't do you any harm but then you will be safe if any lucky accidents happen xxx

It's recommended that you start taking folic acid 3 months before TTC x
