follicle size??? NO ovulation? :(

Hi all!

I had a dom follicle on monday and thought I would have O'd by now.
My follicle was 20mm on monday cd 16 and its now cd 19 and I still have not BBT rise or positive OPK.
I am so upset.

I posted a picture of the follicle sizes because I had some other smaller ones.

Can someone please help.
What is going on?

If you're being monitored then i'd look into a trigger shot. I had 2 19.5 mm follicles around CD 14 (with an average 28 day cycle) and my RE wanted me to do the trigger shot the next day, i did even though i should have ovulated CD 16 anyway

Yeah, I will be triggering next cycle for sure. I never O'd.
