Follicle size?

Hi i posted this in assisted conception and have had no reply so far so i will try my luck over here!

So I just had my ivf scan for cd9 and there were 11 follicles on the right and 5 on the left... They only counted about 7 though as the rest were to small... The counted ones ranged from 11mm to 20mm is this good for cd9??? Freaking out that it's not enough!!!!??? I usually ovualte on cd14 also!

I don't know if that's good or not for assisted conception, but i do know that i had 1 dominant follicle on CD12 of 20mm (I O on CD13) and was told that was perfect! I believe that between 18-23mm is the ideal. Over 23mm is over stimulated.

So i'd say your 20mm follicle with a couple of days to go is spot on. Good luck x

As far as I understand it, they are after follies over 20mm so it sounds good to me. I asked for feedback at each scan as to whether things were as they should be, dont be afraid to ask questions. Good luck
