Follicle stimulating injections

Any one know how much it costs for stimulating injections?
I got told I wont be able to get funding as im 7lb underweight.
I would have to have a private prescription.

Can you not gain the 7lb so that it wasn't private?

I was on menopur but it depends on what dosage they put you on as to the cost - i was on 300 a day and when i paid for that, it was £30 or £40 - for IVF i had to have 12 days worth of drugs and then the Ovitrelle. I also had to take DR drugs at the same time and they were £60 per bottle.

If you find out what dosage you need, you can get the drugs from private clinics, Asda or private delivery companies like homecare. Good luck x

I am using follistim and right now 100iu per day, I think if my insurance wasn't covering it, it would probably be about $1,000.00 at least that what my FS said.
