Follicular Scan Appointment

Had my first follicular scan appointment yesterday. After 3 shots of Menopur 75mg on alternate days. No follicles to report Dose upped to 150mg last night and then I go back to clinic tomorrow for another scan. I could have sworn I felt something going on in there. Really when nurse said there were no follicles yet. Is anyone else at this stage?

This is strange ... after doing 3 injections confidently on my own, last night I just couldn't do it. It was like a mental block and I just couldn't put the needle in and I wouldn't let DH do it either. After about an hour, I had to let him do it for the first time. It was such an anti-climax I just broke down in tears afterward Strange or what?

Hi hun. Sorry to hear we're both struggling with stims! It does get easier with pracitse but you def have to be in the right frame of mind to do it! Any worries and it all goes wrong!

I can't really help you on the scan results, but hopefully you'll respond to the higher dose now. I've been on 300 everyday for the last 5 days, got my scan on Thursday. I think this is quite a high does but then I am 34 and my fsh levels were a bit on the high side.
