Asiago Cheese bagel with onion and chive shmear spread
A bite size coffee cake piece
A ham, bacon and cheese sub sandwich with chips and a large sprite

Drink:- water and cranberry juice
and no doubt rubbish after while watching one born every min:happydance:

Makes me realize I'm not the only one trying to eat healthy but its not happening every day. Also shows me Im not the only one eating for two. LOL

That's all I've had today so far :-( I've not been hungry
 
Breakfast cheese and ham roll, cucumber, 3! Cups of coffee
Snack an orange

Lunch spaghetti and quornmince mixed with mushroom, onions, selleri, and spices and tomatoes
Snack an orange and rlt

Dinner left over from lunch but added some cheese

Tonight I prob snack on orange, kiwi an maybe a roll

Breakfast

1/4 small cup of coffee 2 sugars made It too sweet so It was ruined for me :(
Egg white and ham on an english muffin

Lunch
I wasn't hungry but I ate out of boredom lol
a banana
2 low cal yogurt cups

I'll probably have a cup of tea with honey later, maybe some blueberries and raspberries for a snack and for dinner I am having 2 pieces of toast with the chicken and vegetables in tomato sauce from last nights dinner.
 
I have a extra 2 cheese toasties to add to this list again......

I hate the GD diet though when all I want to do is eat loads of choc :wacko:
 
Breakfast - Lemon Glucose Drink (had my Glucose Tolerance Test today)

Lunch - Marmite Sandwich, Salt and Vinegar Rice Cakes, a Banana and 2 Clementines.

Snacks - Some Digestive Biscuits, Mini Berry Flapjack, some gogi berries, dried cherries and pumpkin seeds.

Dinner - Pasta with Tinned Tomatoes, Garlic, Red Onion, Plum Tomatoes and Vegan 'Chicken' Burger

Pudding - Am probably going to make myself some Semolina in a minute.



P.S. I have been reading all your meals out to hubby and he is now making himself a cheese toastie! :haha:
 
Hm.. I have had..

A banana
Two small pieces of raisin cinnamon toast

And then it gets bad.

Two star crunches
Bowl of leftover spaghetti from dinner last night.

And to drink, just water. Though I will have a coke later with dinner, which is sloppy joes.

I guess not am AWFUL day but not good by any means. I don't usually eat the healthiest except for breakfast and I always drink water unless I am allowing myself a coke.

I should try to add fruit as my snack instead of star crunches though. Oh well.. lol
 
We're having butter chicken with basmati rice and naan bread for dinner, yum!
 
What is a cheese toastie?

I've never heard that term here in the US; is it like a grilled cheese? All I know is whatever it is, I want it because I love cheese... :haha:

ooohh I was bad today! I ate WAY more than I should have and all pretty much junk!!

Morning - yogurt
Lunch - chicken nuggets and a small kids fry from a fast food place
Snack - P&J sandwich
Dinner - ravioli with spaghetti sauce
Snack - Dorito chips and ice cream

terrible!!!

bowl of turkey chili and some sweet potato chips
mashed potatoes, asparagus with parm, french bread, greek yogurt with pomegranate
and homemade flan for dessert... (mil's bday)
 
Today I've had:

A bowl of rice krispies

a hotdog
a chocolate sundae
steak, mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans
a peice of chocolate cake

I've had a crazy sweet tooth lately! I hope it goes away after LO is born!
