Food jars, info needed please

Hi all

When I read posts that state I give my baby half a stage 2 jar or a fully stage 1 jar, for example, how much is this in weight?? We can get the jars over here but not got any yet. I feed Gabbi by cubes, homemade in trays, but if I get jars if we are out and about, I wanted to find out how much I should give her compared to what I feed her at home.

I don't know for sure if it's the same in the UK but this is how it is here...ice cubes are about 1oz. Then stage 1 jars are 2oz, stage 2 are 4oz and then stage 3 are 6oz

Thank you for that. I give cubes, but I am sure that once apple is defrosted, it's not 1 oz, it seems to disappear!!! Thanks again, big help

Depending on how your defrosting it might be because applesauce has a very high water content and that might be evaporating and condensing the remaining apple down some
