food poisoning

So i annoyingly got food poisoning but i cant keep much fluids down....and it causing my milk to dry up.

Any ideas on what to do?

keep lo on the breast as often as possible and sip at the water as much as you can tolerate.

Try sucking on ice chips and sips of flat coke ( must be full fat). GOSH actually recommends coke for stomach bugs if you can't keep a rehydration drink down.

I realise the weather isn't great for ice chips, but it helped when I had a terrible stomach bug while I was pregnant x
